I was lukewarm on the pics that made it look like a generic, suburban office building. Drove by this afternoon and see the For Lease signs Affixed to the rounded showcase restaurant apace along Post Oak. In a year, when things get back to some semblance of normalcy it will be a good time to be in the hospitality business. Right now, I'm sure many restaurant owners are operating at a loss.
