The Heights has a new high-rise as Greystar's Ellison Heights opened this week.

“We knew there was a place for a boutique high-rise in the Heights,” said Brian Herwald, managing director of development at Greystar, in the company's April 6 announcement. “With a coveted address in the heart of one of Houston’s most exciting neighborhoods, Ellison Heights defines sophisticated living in a way that hasn’t been done before in this historic area.”
The 152-unit, 12-story building at 510 W. 20th St., Houston, offers 27 floor plans ranging from 737 square feet with one bedroom to 1,925-square-feet with two as well as five penthouses ranging from 1,691 to 2,290 square feet. Rent starts at $1,875.

The tower also features a 12th-floor lounge with a kitchen, game room, and views of downtown as well as a terrace on the fourth floor with city views and outdoor dining space. The building also features built-in electric vehicle charging stations.

The project broke ground in June 2019.

Nope. It doesn't add up.

This franchise comes from Minnesota.  I would put the health habits of the residents of the Twin Cities on a different plane from Cleveland or Indianapolis.

And holy rapid expansion Batman.  On their website, they are showing a crap ton of new locations across the US.  It is a franchise, so probably some big money backing the major expansion.
