  2. That must be Giant Leap! They put up a small sign on the window of the North-most unit noting their location along Sampson

  4. I noticed in the biz journal that New Hope Housing sold their Harrisburg location to Vandemeer, LP. Do we think this is a NHH holdings company?
  5. One of the comments on this post asks about groundbreaking plans and they replied with "next year". They expect to be complete with Phase 1 by 2023 which feels ...fast. But good to hear!
  6. Do Roostar owners post about it on the internet? I don't care if you believe differently than me, just how you use your platform as a business owner. I didn't see anything on "boss lady"s social media.
  7. @EastEndHeritage yeah, Oso. Unsure if same family as doña maria. Granted this was posted earlier in the year it’s still tone def imo.
  8. The owner of the new coffee shop posted this on his story when they first opened. Both Bruce and Hector's posts are in poor taste.

  10. They are surveying the plats today. I'm curious if this means they'll start building soon. InTown Homes was targeting the end of the year, perhaps early 2021.
  11. Nothing in stone. I believe the closest to confirmation is a potential CVS on site. Sprouts will not be in this location.
  12. Never noticed the "proposed street car" line going from east Navigation down commerce
  13. I noticed windows on the Navigation side of the property going in. Are we sure GFR won't be available on that side?
  14. Not a great sign. I appreciate them engaging the area with art and a drive-in theatre, but I would prefer to see boots on the ground. Makes me wonder what these "pending agreements with the city" entail.
