By providing grocery delivery and/or nearby grocery pick-up to low-access areas, Little Red Box intends to offer a limited yet highly relevant product assortment, layering in a nudge toward healthfulness (meal planning & recipes), and engaging/empowering individual communities around physical access points.     I feel the same. Similarly, El Burro and the Bull feels like it was barely open before closing its doors (off of Harrisburg).

    Interesting. I stumbled across their monthly liquor profits on https://data.texas.gov/Government-and-Taxes/Liquor-Sales/ and they were substantially more than other venues in the area.I may be misinterpreting the data provided, as well.

    I bet East End Backyard will have something sports-related. Same owner as Pitch25 who's making $$$$$ capitalizing off of sports events.

    Ronin confirmed they + Night Shift bar will be two separate entities. Great add to the area, especially with night + weekend rentals. Hopefully this will bring some life to the area after dark.

    Apparently Ronin will occupy the majority of this space as an event venue. Curious how this will work with the Night Shift bar group.     The majority of the original Fingers has been demolished. I would say at least 75-80% is gone.

    Anyone have updates on the progression of this project? Was hoping to hear news of groundbreaking by now.
