If we had rail connecting our cities like France, and maybe a few nude beaches, then we would be better.

Usually church, then something to eat afterwards. After that, I don't know. Some homework maybe, mall, during football season, I am glued to CBS/Fox/NBC/ESPN all day.

I would like to see these added in the near future: A rotating festival pass, rotating theater seats, Kemah Boardwalk All-Day Pass, Moody Gardens, and Schlitterbahn Galveston.

Why'd they downsize this Walmart? It is in a pretty big area (population wise, especially future estimates).

What is your favorite Houston neighborhood?
Trae replied to PuroAztlan's topic in General Houston Discussions
Memorial. Big trees, schools are nice, area has great shopping (Memorial City Mall and CityCentre), not high on crime, and the homes are very well kept. -

Possible another sign, CityPass has added Houston to its list of tourism cities. http://www.houstonarchitecture.info/haif/i...c=15865&hl=

Rafer being out is what REALLY hurt us this game I say. Sorry to say, but I lost confidence once it was announced he won't return.
-
I am sure buses would use it. Was hoping some sort of commuter rail could be built down the middle. Too many tollways going up in Houston.
-
You don't have to worry about the Spurs since you won't get to them . For the offseason? Get rid of guys like Luther Head and Bobby Jackson (maybe package them together) for someone like Maggette.

1. Houston has joined the CityPass network of tourist destinations. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/headli...iz/5750842.html

Really? I remember reading that Waller County officials were wanting the Westpark Tollway to turn north and be a north-south freeway through Waller County.

Utah has to be so lucky. No Yao this series, Rafer injured for the second half, and three Rockets starters have to have surgery this offseason, and were playing on injuries. Good luck Utah against the Lakers. You are going to really need it.

Memorial City is another good example. That area has changed a lot in the past five years.

Since when is a mall a "Town Center?"
Trae replied to sarahiki's topic in General Houston Discussions
Exactly. Just normal apartment complexes. Nothing like residential over retail. -

The development looks nice, except for those towers. Don't like those one bit. -

Of course they show ads, but they do more than just show ads. A billboard only shows ads (generally speaking).
