    Bunslut received approval for permitting last week. Below is a screenshot of the plan review inspection report. Bunslut, a local hamburger food truck-turned-restaurant. It is leasing the 515 Westheimer Rd, Suite G unit. Kashou Architecture is the architect on record for the forthcoming renovations.

Details from the permit: Use: 3,093 sf restaurant/bar remodel 1-25-1-A2-B '15IBC Spk FCC Group: Non-residential alteration As previously mentioned, Aero / Aero Cocktail Co. is opening at 2031 Westcreek Ln, Suite N1. The suite is one of the ground level retail spaces at SkyHouse River Oaks. It was previously occupied by Biderman's.

    Radom Capital unveils plans for the former Tower Theater space at 1201 Westheimer Rd. The previous tenant was Acme Oyster House. The article also details plans Radom Capital also has for 1111 Westheimer, 1124 Lovett Blvd, and 3032 Yoakum Blvd. The plans are similar to conceptual drawings included in leasing materials for 1111 Westheimer.     The Watermark at Houston Heights was sold recently. County records indicate Clearwater Living, a "real estate and property management company," purchased the property. According to The Leader, Clearwater Living is rebranding the senior living community to Clearwater at The Heights.
