  1. There is a Class 3 subdivision final plat (C3F) for 1962 Lexington St. The subdivision plat is named Lexington Place. According to the information submitted, the reason for replat is "to create three lots and revise the building line." Single family residential is planned for the property, possibly townhomes.   2. An utility administrative application fee permit (water/waste water application review) was purchased last week for 1962 Lexington St.
  3. Two months after buying the 1962 Lexington St property, Forest Financial LTD demolished the buildings once occupied by restaurants Papa Mio and Ambrosia. Papa Mio was located at 2006 Lexington St. Ambrosia was located at 2002 Lexington St.
  4. The 1962 Lexington St parcel was sold in October. County records indicate Forest Financial LTD acquired the property.

According to The Leader, Clearwater Living is rebranding the senior living community to Clearwater at The Heights.
