Details from the permit: Use: New 5,380 sf restaurant lease space buildout 1-8-1-A2-B 15IBC Sp/fa FCC Group: Non-residential alteration Fielding's (or Fielding's Local ) is leasing a unit at Novel River Oaks (2511 Willowick Rd.) It's a restaurant from Fielding's Culinary Group based in The Woodlands.

Details from the permit: Use: New parking lot / light poles 2015 IBC FCC Group: Non-residential alteration The permit is for parking for the forthcoming Montrose outpost of The Taco Stand. As previously mentioned, the restaurant is planned for 1503 Westheimer Rd. It will occupy the former apartment building known as The West-Mul (or The West-Mull) apartments.
  9. Houston Business Journal published an article about the top out of Rone Residences at 2311 Westheimer Rd. The article is mostly a rehash from the press release.   18. A Class 2 subdivision replat (C2R) was recently submitted for three lots at 4107 McKinney St and 4109 McKinney St. The subdivision plat is named Downtown Eastwood District. According to the information submitted, the reason for replat is "to create one unrestricted reserve." It looks like this will be on the agenda for the next Houston planning commission meeting on April 18. The L.M. Greco Building at 4109 McKinney St will soon be home to Willow's Texas BBQ.

Last summer, Magnol acquired the 1115 E 11th St property. The proprietors of Andy's Home Cafe previously owned the property that also housed their restaurant.   25. Last week, High Street Residential published a press release on the topping out of Rone Residences. Previously known as Residences on Westheimer and River Oaks on Westheimer, the 12-story apartment building is located at 2311 Westheimer. High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and JV Partner Daiwa House Industry Co. Ltd. topped out construction at Rone Residences, a 12-story multifamily community located in Houston’s River Oaks/Upper Kirby neighborhood.
