  2. I think The Marigold Club is nearing its opening. The restaurant received a pre-opening inspection from the health department two weeks ago. Also, there are job postings looking for waitstaff. I'm thinking this may open to the public by mid to late May or June. I am looking forward to seeing the completed renovation once The Marigold Club opens. The Marigold Club is a continental American dining concept from Houston's Goodnight Hospitality. It's opening this year at 2531 Kuester.

A change in ownership for the former Midtown Greyhound bus station hasn't been recorded to the county clerk's database yet. If this has been sold or is in closing, I hope the owner(s) will make good use of the land.   23. Yesterday on Instagram, Molihua / MoLiHua announced it's taking reservations. It appears the restaurant is now open to the public. Molihua is an upscale Japanese restaurant.
