  2. I asked this guy walking some questions about the building, he appeared to be the boss. He confirmed it will be 12 stories, will get a tower crane that will be located where they are filling this hole with rebar and the parking garage will be a built-in-place using the tower crane and not a precast. Edit: I saw the logo on his cap for the company building this but by the time I got home I couldn't remember the name.
  3. I think this front end loader operator was getting tacos at Tierra Caliente and was actually from the S. Shepherd street construction. I also saw a pick up from an inspection company parked on site.

  7. Clutch City Riders. It pretty much has replaced the old Critical Mass ride. https://www.instagram.com/clutch_city_cruisers/ Critical Mass ride shut down during the first covid shut down but these riders still wanted to ride and it has slowly getting bigger and bigger and is huge now. It consist of mostly cruisers bikes but I've seen all kinds of bikes mixed in. My buddy who owns a shop in Galveston "Island Bicycle Company" on the Seawall is one of the few dealers of the SE line of bikes which are adult sized cruiser bikes. He sometimes show up with his van full of bike accessories to sell the riders. I've never done the ride but have seen them all converging at Market Square park on Thursday night. He used to own a shop in Rice Village but sold it about 7 yrs ago cause the rent at the time was $5000 a month.   8. A community college in Pasadena is the first to build a mass timber building in the greater Houston area. San Jacinto College Central Campus. Rice and UH are coming in second and third place.
