    The Brownstone Group is getting a new office for them. They built the South Rice apartments behind this and are building a few other buildings in Houston including some for the city of Houston's Housing and Development.     They are still several months away from completion, at some point in the future they will likely create a website for getting on the wait list. I would consider contacting the City of Houston Housing and Community Development office for now. https://houstontx.gov/housing/rentals.html

    Medical School. Hilton Elite. Law School. Saw an IG from UH saying this street will now be called MLK Blvd. I wish it would connect to Spur 5 instead of dead ending here in front of the Nook but it might create too much thruway traffic through the campus.
