I guess they are no longer going to offload them at the PHA docks just inside the 610 bridge? They used that location for decades and before they took it over it was used by Toyota. I saw thousands of cars coming off the car carrier ships because they were right across from the shipyards I used to operate cranes at.

There are 3 of these Equilent's proposed around Houston. This one, one downtown and one on Tuam St. in Midtown. Someone mentioned that Shell is getting in to the EV charging business and it could possibly be that. All 3 are before the Planning Commission but they are all "Consent" plats which rarely get brought up to talk about unless a Commissioner tags it or someone in the public makes a questions or comments about it at the meeting this Thursday.
