    What is that large inner core of the building? I'm sure its partly for elevators but it seems really large.

    This condo sales office building used to be a ticket broker/re-seller, it's on 1311 Polk. I assume the Marlowe will front Caroline according to the layout diagrams.

    Used to work at a shipyard just inside the loop 15 yrs ago that had drydocks, when the drydock came back up we occasionally had shrimp on it.

    It appers to be about 15-17 right now and will be a 23 stories

    Parking garage only looks about 4 stories at best in my eyes.

    There is no gap that is just a partial representation of the parking garage. Any pool back there would never see the sun and thus would never be used. Pools on the east side and on the top floor

    The guys said it was a sales office for a 17 story building, I thought it was going to be a little higher, I guess we'll see soon.
