    No. It is a construction timing and resource issue. Unlikely, but there are problably projects that are yet-to-be-announced that are waiting. This one, is not one of them.

    They better not touch the facade. It can be Class A with interior improvements. Exterior improvements are OK, if its mostly a good cleaning.

    Honestly, I can wait (if I had a choice) until this starts. It is worth waiting for.

    if this is true... that person needs to be fired / that money was wasted. The plaza needs a lot of work. It could / will be nice, but painted blue / orange concrete reminds me of an older elementary school. the area needs help.

    Thank you! The garage was throwing me off. Phase 2 is another tower... I almost thought phase 2 was the mid rise portion of the picture. Good to see another high rise portion, but like others said, I hope this didn't get the I initiative funds, since it's so far out.

    I think this looks good. honestly, everything they are building now pretty much looks similar.

    I like hearing that. Great news. The building's body seems a little flat / simple to me, but we will see. This sounds like this is still very much happening. Good for Houston. Side bar: Will this building kill 6 Houston Center?
