    Thanks. It always kind of bothers me to see building demolished that seem perfectly fine for just another building. Granted, it will probably be an upgrade, but I'd rather have seen the boutique hotel replace some sort of parking lot. Oh well. I've always been fond of that building when I was a kid.

    Im not Poo-poo-ing this project at all. But My contact close to the city had some discouraging things to say about it, in terms of funding and scope.

    I would love that proposal to go through, but dont get your hopes up. Right now that is very much a pie in the sky. I am sure with time and some revisions, the plan might get some legs.
