    Corner of Prarie and Fannin does have a tenant. Some medical or charity organization I forget. Should be moving in soon. Stowers building is cool. I hope it gets use soon.

    I agree it is simple and elegant. Id love to see more buildings play with the sky / ornamental tops. Maybe with the added density, developers will want a feature that sticks out...

    Yeah - they actually grew the tower to 24 stories.

    I doubt it but what do I know? Hines wouldn't make a business decision that could take them under. This should be ready when we are on the rebound
