    H-Town Man, in the revised rendering (the second of the ones colored by a third grader) I don't see any garage entrance. I agree the retail wraps all of the way around which would be awesome, but unless I am missing it, they forgot to cut out the portion that would have to go for the entrance.

    I would assume that a large reason for this tower is to compete with Exxon for talent. This shiny new tower in downtown vs Exxon's shiny campus in the boonies. As much as I hate that they have a cash flow issue delaying it, I am still confident that they will build it.

    I had a woman speaking incredibly loud behind me on a flight back from Chicago earlier this year. The whole plane was giving her bad looks. I got out a post-it note and wrote QUIET PLEASE on it with a sharpie and stuck it to the back of my head. Many beers were bought for me by other passengers. Many beers.
