The rightmost parking area already exists and is under the transmission lines that run adjacent to the train tracks.

The dark green plot along westheimer is the only other portion that will be developed. The two green areas to the north will remain as park space.

In the past week or so, Stonelake has put up a sign advertising ground lease and built to suit for the remaining development... not sure if this is any indication of their current plans not going well or if that advertisement isn’t mutually exclusive.

Ground lease sign has been up since last July

That jib on the truck and the one being unloaded look to be a jib section for a luffing tower crane similar to the tower crane at the high rise for the 17 story Senior development in Southampton. Notice the round tubing of it compared to the square tubing on the vertical section.

I was wrong about the jib. It was for the AT Crane not for a luffing tower crane. This  means that they are going to assemble the tower crane has high as possible so that it won't have to be jumped as the building get higher. Much like the tower crane at the Camden Conte downtown. It was built as high as is allowed without being tethered to the building.

The whole area at the bottom of the photo ekdrm2d1 took has always been the biggest eye sore in my opinion...

the unkept almost non-existent landscaping and the old beat up parking area adjacent to the railroad tracks needs to match the rest of the development so believe it or not, i am more excited about this area than the building almost haha!

This is a very nice fence but oddly enough a little two story strip center at the corner of San Felipe and Chimney Rock has a very nice fence like this too.

I've seen that one, too.  A wooden fence is always nicer.  But the one at San Felipe and Voss is not nearly as tall nor does it have graphics displayed like this one.  But I agree, it's nice to see some developers investing in the marketing and appearance of a site if even temporary.

According to HCAD, that area looks like it is owned by Centerpoint.  Hopefully Stonelake can work some magic with them to get them to clean it up.  Agree - it looks awful.

Yes, its a part of the ROW under the transmission lines. However, stonelake repaved the area behind the apartment midrises so I would presume they would do the same after construction of the office building. Though, they may wait until the final parcel is developed.
