  1. I was hoping to find something online but only found these about the owners.
  2. I talked with a McCarthy worker about the possibility of putting a second tower crane but she said this will be the only tower crane. Two levels of underground parking.

  4. Doesn't sound good for anybody who ordered one in Houston. Do all the dealers not keep stock on hand for immediate sales or are they all ordered then you wait for it to be shipped? Last I heard the shipping company hired a tug to take the burning ship to the nearest port.
  5. Found this... https://tlimagazine.com/profiles/porsche-cars-north-america-inc/ "The company receives cars into four ports in the United States – located in Providence, R.I.; Brunswick, Ga.; Houston and San Diego – as well as a port in Halifax, Nova Scotia. From these ports, the operation ships cars to a network of 190 U.S.-based dealers and 15 dealers throughout Canada." I knew Volkswagens were shipped to Houston, they used to deliver across the ship channel from were I worked at one time. Before that, Toyotas were shipped to Houston.
  6. There is a car transport ship on fire in the North Atlantic full of Porsches and Volkswagons. Fire started in the cargo area and crew abandoned safely. Wonder if they were headed to Houston? https://www.cnn.com/2022/02/17/tech/ship-fire-luxury-cars/index.html

  8. They sent it to me too. Somebody connected to the project reached out to see if they could use my pics I post on here for marketing material, I said sure use them. I've been invited for events twice.
  9. Paper City article about the other Westlake Dermatology at 2132 Bissonnet. "The award-winning Michael Hsu Office of Architecture has been tasked once again with creating a sleek environment that will set the sophisticated tone for the myriad state-of-the-art services offered by Westlake‘s staff of dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Hsu’s office designed the Houston building at 2132 Bissonnet where Westlake became the anchor tenant in 2019." https://www.papercitymag.com/fashion/westlake-dermatology-cosmetic-surgery-open-new-river-oaks-clinic/#229697
  10. Paper City article about this. "If this is the future of senior living in America — at least for those who can afford MorningStar’s $5,800 to $9,300 per month rental rates — it is a chilled one. One that comes with its own culinary trained chef team, a full art studio, beauty salon, spa and an exercise room with sweeping views of downtown." https://www.papercitymag.com/real-estate/morningstar-river-oaks-houston-senior-living-midrise/?city=Houston
