We just need the ping pong balls to go our way on May 16th so Victor Wembenyama can be the first out of that new pipeline. 😉

Sure looks like it almost has to be. But they clearly have the location address wrong. I've noticed before that these TDLR permits very often have errors or misstatements in them... Hospitality, Inc. is the record owner of the Landry's warehouse at the Loop and I-10 (7310 Old Katy Rd) that was recently discussed in the other thread. Interesting that Tilman is apparently going to renovate his existing warehouse building in to a practice facility. 13 hours ago, Luminare said: hmm and next to a bunch of European Consulates. Caribomoa
If it is located adjacent to the Post Oak Hotel, it would be… well next to the Post Oak. Next to Mastro’s. Next to the Bentley/rolls Royce dealership. down the street from the shopping of the Galleria and River Oaks. And not too far from the strip clubs on Richmond Ave. in other words, an NBA player’s dream. In fact, don’t even put it there. That’s too distracting to focus on practicing. 1

Popular Post IntheKnowHouston
The subdivision plat for 7310 Old Katy Road is shown below. An application for the plat named Hospitality Warehouse Reserve was submitted in April. County records indicate the subdivision plat was recorded with the Harris County Clerk's Office in June. As mentioned in previous posts, 7310 Old Katy Rd is set to become training facility for the Houston Rockets. hindesky
Tillman Fertitta's helicopter left Hobby airport and picked him up at the Rockets Training Center and is headed down to Galveston for the last weekend of Mardi Gras. I kept hearing a helicopter circling over Montrose so I looked up what it was doing on FlightRadar24, I then saw Tillman's helicopter. https://www.flightradar24.com/29.74,-95.39/7
