87 townhomes for a place called White Oak Station. They bought the land from Southern Pacific Railroad.

Figured it would be townhomes, thank you!

Came over here to fly the drone but I saw a car that had the emblem for "Arch Aerial" on it. It is a commercial drone company located here in Houston. Didn't want to fly while it was up in the air so I waited till he finished up. I did talk with the drone pilot, he was taking pics of the Alliance Prose project here, said they have a contracts with Alliance and several other companies in the area. He was flying a model of the Phantom which is a high end expensive drone.

A DJI Phantom drone, he didn't specify which model but it looked similar to this example:

All the more reason to extend LR down Washington.

I agree, but from biking around there a lot and looking at the pictures, I have to admit that I worry that a lot of the urbanist potential of this development cycle for this area will be lost to fencing. The areas within the (fairly big) street blocks are largely impermeable.

It's not the end of the world, but especially in a city as hot as Houston, the perpetuation of the fenced-off superblock trend is problematic for pedestrians.
