bookey23
The owner also owns the strip center down the road with Gloss Nail Bar, Nava De Massage, and Barnaby's Cafe. I'd imagine they're going to put in a new strip center with a similar appearance/vibe, since they seem to be crushing it with that area (based on the crazy number of cars that are always there)

Identity architects have built some beautiful buildings over the past few years. I’m hoping for a coffee shop and somewhere to grab a bite to eat at this location! I live in the area and think this will be awesome! Any images of the rendering?? I won't be excited if they put parking the in the front again.

These were uploaded to The Platform Group's website several years back. At the time, the company planned to redevelop the property. However, Platform Group sold the property to Thera Investments in 2021. https://web.archive.org/web/20180816074730/http://platformgroup.com/project/615-west-gray/

j_cuevas713
And for the record, I hate that dumb "pedestrian buffer." All it does is create more maintenance and cuts pedestrians off from accessing the sidewalk easier. I'm all for grated trees though.

And with this portion of W Gray always full of cars parked on the street, there really isnt a need for the pedestrian buffer.
