I've been following this YT for a while now, good content there.

I just stumbled onto this channel yesterday, which at least this video, is good content.

Wow. In my opinion, it's rather insulting to the neighborhood to purpose-build a slum there.

Regardless of how cheap those units sell, I'd be concerned that the structure is already full of mold. Or, that the framing was swollen by moisture during construction and there will be excessive settling and sheetrock and floor cracking.

Stay away from this place if you value your investment.

Those utility poles in the parking lot are not going to last once cars start using the same space. SMH

It looks like a sleazy motel or homeless shelter. I'll give it a pass if it's affordable student housing.
