Urbannizer
EaDo 908, an affiliate of Wile Interests, purchased the 98k SF, three-story historic loft building at 908 Live Oak in EaDo. Wile hasn't finalized plans for the property. The building, constructed in 1948, is adjacent to the Columbia Tap Bike Path and a block away from BBVA Compass Stadium, offering unobstructed views of Downtown. Just blocks from GRBCC, Toyota Center and Minute Maid park, whatever Wile decides on will have plenty of appeal. Just what this City needs--more self storage centers. If only it were a combination self storage center/church, they could fill another dire need in this City AND enjoy some nice tax benefits! The Holy Order of The Cardboard Box has a nice ring to it. . . 2

thedistrict84
Crews have been very active at this site over the last few weeks. Drove by yesterday and there were new overhead doors being installed at the Rusk end of the property. They were also in the process of putting in a new, wider sidewalk.

j_cuevas713
This is one of those things where the building is being spared it's life before someone with genuine interest turns this in to something special. 😐
