ChannelTwoNews
At least there's more info on this. The first report in the original thread were fairly nebulous on what was being built. http://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/topic/31767-tanglewood-wood-hollow/ Edit: found the plat map from earlier in the year. ftp://edrc.houstontx.gov/2015/Applications//2015-0014/SubdivisionPlatPDF_Tanglewood_Wood_Hollow_Plat.pdf Edited June 24, 2015 by ChannelTwoNews

Montrose1100
This site is a beast. I sometimes take this route when the office towers/whole foods/trader joes rush hour on Voss is heavy. Sorry for not snapping a picture but there are renderings on the fence. (Almost like knocking on the door of the older complex across the street).

Urbannizer
https://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2017/10/23/photos-tanglewood-luxury-multifamily-project-nears.html A new luxury multifamily development nestled between a park, a Whole Foods Market and other apartments, is nearly complete near the Tanglewood neighborhood. Tenants have already begun moving in at The Hayworth, 1414 Wood Hollow Drive. The $90 million tower has 246 units and construction is expected to be complete around March 2018. “We researched the surrounding neighborhood and designed the building to fit in with the Tanglewood area.” In fact, the floor plans for the one-, two- and three-bedroom units, which range from 934 square feet to 2,324 square feet, have never been built before, he told the Houston Business Journal. Leases begin at $2,455, per The Hayworth’s website. As of Oct. 20, the new tower had signed 23 leases, or about 10 percent of available units. So far, most of the new residents, Hayworth's community manager Amanda Widner said, are those downsizing from large homes. The Hayworth sits on 3 acres with eight stories and will also include several 1,986-square-foot townhomes that are expected to finish around March of next year.
