The Houston Ballet building closed their flood gates just in case. South side and north side.

I noticed this white painted area on the side of the building last few times I rode by. I wonder if they are going to have a mural. Seems like they missed the perfect place to have this one here.

I thought it was a projection screen for a few pre-pandemic events. It’s been there for a long time.
