IntheKnowHouston
Last Thursday, the Gypsy Poet received its certificate of occupancy for its latest location in the Heights. The restaurant is setting up shop in the former home of Fegen's at 1050 Studewood St. One of the changes to the property includes a fresh coat of paint.

I asked three times for a modification to the topic since two weeks ago. My suggestion was changing it to the property address: 1050 Studewood St. Topics about retail centers, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, towers, and the like should include the name of the building or development with the address tagged on. My reasoning is this: Those types of developments are usually around for years. They are also less likely to change names. However, properties like this one with a single tenant have a high turnover. So, having the address as the title not only helps in knowing where the property is exactly, but also streamlines the forum. It also means the title doesn't need changing every time a new business signs a lease. Edited August 31, 2022 by IntheKnowHouston

Texasota
Someone needs to talk to them about their name. It's too far into the twentyfirst century for a name like that. 1
