    Awesome. I remember when Aris, Market Square Tower, and The Catalyst high rises were just parking lots. I can't wait until they're complete and leased up.

    The restaurants are moving extremely slow. When I moved in they said that they would be done by the end of July but that's obviously not going to happen. There doesn't seem to be much visible progress since my last post even though workers are in there all of the time....

    I don't know much about renovating buildings like this but it does seem to be taking forever. I'm pretty sure they started at the end of 2013....

    Nice pics. The Dallas Street improvements have done wonders for the area. Now with Alessandra and Marlowe, hopefully the retail district starts to take off.

    ^ Can't wait for the old post office site to be redeveloped. There is so much potential for that plot of land.
