  1. wow... just looks like any other cookie cutter design. Oh well, at least we get another hotel downtown, especially adding to the greenstreet development which downsized alot when it was built.

  4. Oh wow, I used to walk over there all the time when I lived at Post to watch football. Hopefully something good will replace it.

  9. Very Nice! Looking forward to 2-3 years from now when all of the downtown projects on board will be complete.
  10. Wow that's amazing! The JW Marriott hotel, Texaco Building, and this are probably my favorite projects right now because of the renovation of old buildings. Can't wait to see the final product.
  11. It took a few years for development to really occur along the rail line but there has been a lot of development and new retail over the years along the line from downtown to the museum district. These things just don't happen over night and the recession obviously didn't help. The next few years we will see many of the larger projects along main finally come to life. 12. Oh wow thanks for the picture of the .99 cent store. That building should definitley be restored to its original state. Hopefully it's not as badly ruined as 806 Main was.
  13. Thanks for the picture showing the glass going in. They're building this thing on fast forward!
  14. I'm actually not suprised. It never seemed to be crowded unless it was sunday brunch. Cyclone Anayas across the street always seems to be packed.
