  5. Office w/ street-level retail & includes improvments to the facade.
  6. It seems as if the guy also doesn't check HAIF much anymore, because he can find new information on projects (and use that info to dig up more) here and post it on his website. We need a Curbed Houston or HAIF blog.
  7. This may be the new design. Similar to Alexan Midtown, but it looks good.
  8. Besides this, the new Chevron tower, and the Ashby High-Rise, what other projects have been delayed? New projects are still being announced. Chevron tower was delayed because they needed to focus their resources elsewhere, and we all know what's going on with the Ashby high-rise. We don't know why this one has been delayed, and just because a few have been pushed back doesn't mean all the other projects will follow suit.
  9. "The architect got creative, and the sky in the rendering depicts a Houston summer thunderstorm scene."
  10. Okay so I was told not to share the rendering right now (sorry guys), but I can share information on this. Chelsea Montrose is a 303-unit, 20-story high-rise. It reminds me of The Museum Tower (no, not the one in Dallas), so most of you will think it's average. The high-rise will be approx. ~250' ft tall. There are still a few hurdles to get through, but construction crews should be on-site next month and demolition should begin in Feb/March. This project will take 2 - 2 1/2 years to complete. I dunno if the residents nearby know anything about this, but the developer says they will do everything they can to minimize the inconveniences of construction to the community.
  11. Well I guess things have changed since then... "There are no plans to break ground in the near future", sarah@temadevelopment
  12. Are you sure this will still break ground sometime this month? Because I've just been told something different.

  17. It's not there because the next meeting where the project will be discussed has not been held yet. I didn't expect them to post a new map so soon, but the only thing different from the new map than the previous one is that the METRO North Line is no longer listed.
