Here's their best-know project, linked hybrid in Beijing. I think the project for Pearland will definitely be something different for the area, and Houston.

Office Tower On Superblock East: The Woodlands
Urbannizer replied to Urbannizer's topic in Points North
From the brochure, you can see the design was completed back in mid-2011. Not sure when this was posted online, but it's fairly recent. http://www.colliers.com/p-usa1001315 -
Even though we know what's going up, I still find it odd that they remain quiet on this when it's now under construction. The address for the building is 1111 Travis.

I don't think it's old, it was posted on their FB page in October. It also appears to be more detailed than the rendering Lockmat posted.

1-Million Square Feet Mixed-Use Development
Urbannizer replied to Urbannizer's topic in Houston Neverbuilt
Condo tower in the Energy Corridor? Not likely. The Woodlands? Maybe. I'm thinking Uptown/Galleria. -
Can someone identify the developer with the information given? This project is over 1M+ square feet, I hope it follows through as planned. http://www.morrowassociates.com/vice-president-of-development-houston-tx/ Would be nice if someone can throw out more on this.

No new tenants are mentioned, it's just a misleading article title.

Any know more information? This is proposed multifamily, near downtown. I assume these are a high-rise or mid-rise project, most likely the latter. Another HAIFer shared some info with me. Anadarko Tower III is a "done deal" according to his source, meaning we can expect to hear something in the near future. IV is in the early planning stage, he was the first to tell us about Shell and his source is pretty good so I placed it on the list. What Are The Odds These Will All Be Built?
Urbannizer replied to Subdude's topic in General Houston Discussions
I think Stream Realty and Essex Commercial Properties will just try to get International Tower out of the ground during the next office boom if they can't get it up during this one. Same way Bookfield and Crescent is trying again with their proposed office towers.
