REAL ESTATE New apartments to fill vacant space A local developer has purchased a vacant 10-story office building in Greenway Plaza and is turning it into luxury apartments. The project, Metropole, will have nearly 300 units when completed near the end of 2006. Cambridge Development Group is building it. The office at 3616 Richmond is being renovated into 150 apartments. A four-story struc- ture will be built on adjacent land with 139 units. Rental rates have not been disclosed. Humphreys & Partners Architects is designing the project. Im thinking about a diffrent pavillion, the one in the Galleria area, This one is the one downtown, the one Im talking about is where two old shopping centers are in Uptown/Galleria area. -
I wonder why they need that if there is a beach right there at the top of the picture.

I don't know, it's somewhere in Asia. I found the picture on ssc and they had Houston vs what ever city that is in, and thats how I found the pictures.

I just thought of another idea, Turn the area around the dome into a new urban area, and turn the dome into Houston's Grand Central Station, with trains running all under it, and the dome will have shops and other neat stuff. (make it dfferent and fun)

San Antonio is growing pretty fast, I never saw it coming though. I think San Antonio Should focus more on the football team, then let Houston have the scoccer. I atleast hope they get one of them.
