  10. A reserve site platted many months back suggests they own the vacant lot south of W. Alabama between the Spur, Travis, and the exit ramp. I've assumed this is where a phase II will be.
  11. Should we file a nuisance suit against the developer? C'mon, this site is along a six-lane thoroughfare within a half mile of two major controlled access parkways.
  12. The view may be changing, but this spot is now an optimum McVantage point. Based on that line, I'd say those Quarter Pounders are flying off the freezer shelf!
  13. I often wish all three signals at the Ella/W. T. C. Jester/W. 18th intersections would be removed and replaced with a roundabout. It would be kind of cool if the Jack in the Box could be salvaged and left in the middle.
