    A reserve site platted many months back suggests they own the vacant lot south of W. Alabama between the Spur, Travis, and the exit ramp. I've assumed this is where a phase II will be.

    Should we file a nuisance suit against the developer? C'mon, this site is along a six-lane thoroughfare within a half mile of two major controlled access parkways.

    I often wish all three signals at the Ella/W. T. C. Jester/W. 18th intersections would be removed and replaced with a roundabout. It would be kind of cool if the Jack in the Box could be salvaged and left in the middle.
