    Construction starts Q4 2014 and finishes Q1 to Q2 2016. Edit: Difficult to show my proof but I'll see if Urbannizer can post it. It would be best if I could get in image form really.

    It's on two separate blocks, but it does not necessarily mean they are shutting down the street. Considering this is Leeland, they won't.

    I agree. It looks wonderful and will fit in perfectly to this historical area compared to other residential towers that are planned for downtown. This is OPP's family member.

    Go to page 11 of this thread. You'll see they are now starting on the right side and they had crews in there even on Saturday and Sunday this past weekend. The lights are on inside.

    Those excavators have actually been that way for a while now. Whatever ground breaking there was, this is different. As you can see from rechlin's post from Sunday, February 23rd, you can see a glimpse that at least one of them has been in that same position... From rechlin on the other page: http://i.imgur.com/kpTrtuq.jpg I too noticed these excavators on Sunday and thought that they were nothing new so I didn't take a picture of them. As PAC said, I think we'll see the real activity soon.
