    26 Floors isn't anything to sneeze at, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't mind a taller tower. Hopefully, as you suggest, this could be a catalyst for Deyaar to begin on their project. However, based on the location for this separate project, I'm curious if it'll be integrated into The Lakes on Post Oak in any way or simply exist as a building in front of it.

    The article in full basically goes on to discuss the history of the land, other developers' ideas and other similar points. The quote that jumps out at me in terms of a possible announcement or other more detailed info is that of Redstone's CEO stating that they are indeed doing a project there, but he didn't want to disclose anything further for another 3 to 4 weeks.

    It looks like several of the renderings on Wulfe's BLVD Place website have been updated to include the designs of the Hanover and Ritz Carlton towers. Someone was even bold enough to put signage for the Ritz on this one.

    Actually, it does look like there are balconies on the non-glass part of the building. It's a bit hard to see, but they are in the rendering.

    D.E. Harvey's people working on One Park Place are using maybe 1/3rd of the lot in reserved spaces. That might have something to do with it.

    Wow. Just Wow. So anyway, since this thread is supposed to be about the condo tower behind High Street, it looks like they've finally demolished the last part of the old apartment complex that the building will replace. There was some earthmoving equipment on the site this afternoon, so I'm gonna guess it was done relatively recently. Kinda good position for the sales center since it looks like the tower will be going up right next to it.

    Nah, I posted the official website on that thread and it says 872k SF. EDIT: I checked the CBRE page again and it gives 931,209 SF as the total amount, but 871k for the rentable. Kinda missed that. oops.

    Easy, it's on the consulting engineer's website, in their portfolio for LEED Projects, wedged between MainPlace, DT & the Energy Center buildings. Putting the pieces together was pretty easy from there since that spot was mentioned by PAC in the MainPlace thread a while back and it was included in a Jones Lang LaSalle report from last year. I originally went there just to see what they had on their other projects, since they've had banners up along the street at One Park Place & at HP lately.

    I know there's been some discussion in the past of the site that the Scamrock was planned for, and that Hines had been involved with the site as of late.
