    Saw this one yesterday. Definitely has the "bones" of the one just to the east near Dairy Ashford, and it certainly is 5+ floors up.

    Curious about this one as well... Saw this in the FAA database a while back, but I'm not sure what to make of it.     24 Hour fitness looks to be fairly substantial, 2 stories and is already underway. Brewwingz & First Choice ER are now complete. Was also pleasantly surprised to see the traffic lights at Reading Road and Spacek Road up and running.

    When I was there a few days ago, it looked like they were finishing up putting the letters for the sign on the structure itself, and were starting to build a fairly tall sign along the feeder. Saw it had a rendering in front, but didn't get a chance to see how the buildout would appear.
