    I agree. I know a lot of people in the area don't want these townhomes to be built, but these lots were previously commercial buildings and noe they are just empty abandoned fields after those buildings were torn down. Any growth is good growth here in my opinion.

    One of the comments on this post asks about groundbreaking plans and they replied with "next year". They expect to be complete with Phase 1 by 2023 which feels ...fast. But good to hear!

    Anyone know what the historic home is that sits behind this building? They're fixing the roof right now, may be renovating it.
