Were there any time limits on funding or validity of environmental studies that 'forced' them to build the Green and Purple lines?

Future University line transit corridor identified as walkable area -
So the University line(or equivalent) is the only one we should consider building. University line ridership would have been a more compelling argument for future rail than green and purple.

I think electric trolley buses would be a good fit for this project considering they're quieter and less polluting.

Just did a week over at FMC Technip That was by far the easiest commute I've done from Midtown/Third Ward for a project. Don't see the appeal of the luxury apartments and fake city center they're building when you could live in Midtown with a 25-30min commute all highway.

HOW TO COMMENT ON THE DEIS AND ATTEND PUBLIC MEETINGS The 60-day public comment period that began with December 22nd's notice in the Federal Register provides an important opportunity for the public to review and provide input to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) on the Texas Bullet Train’s route and low-impact designs. Texas Central looks forward to continuing to hear from landowners and other stakeholders at the FRA’s upcoming meetings and informally as we are working every day in the community. You can review all DEIS-related documents and provide comments to the FRA directly at this link: https://www.fra.dot.gov/Page/P0779 Comments may also be provided orally or in writing at the public hearings scheduled on January 29, 30, 31 and February 5 and 6, 2018 in 10 counties at the times and dates listed below. Before the public hearing presentation begins, an open house will be held to allow for comments, questions and review of project exhibits. FRA and TCR staff will be available to answer questions at that time. We look forward to seeing you at these meetings! I didn't notice any structural changes from last year. At least the plumbing inside the building was improved.

Any word when they will start developing this site? After the 2nd year of them hosting D4N, I'm beginning to think that the festival in it's current form will last only as long as the site isn't developed.

Somewhat confused on this one. The sign on the corner of the fenced lot says Nouveau Antique Bar. Also looks like they're doing remodeling on this building(maybe a temp office during construction).- 1,569 replies

Have you been Portland? With all the residential downtown and east downtown these breweries should be fine long as they make good beer.
