Were there any time limits on funding or validity of environmental studies that 'forced' them to build the Green and Purple lines?

So the University line(or equivalent) is the only one we should consider building. University line ridership would have been a more compelling argument for future rail than green and purple.

What about less freeway?

I still think a UNIQLO store would be a better fit for our downtown.

I think electric trolley buses would be a good fit for this project considering they're quieter and less polluting.

Just did a week over at FMC Technip That was by far the easiest commute I've done from Midtown/Third Ward for a project. Don't see the appeal of the luxury apartments and fake city center they're building when you could live in Midtown with a 25-30min commute all highway.

I didn't notice any structural changes from last year. At least the plumbing inside the building was improved.

Any word when they will start developing this site? After the 2nd year of them hosting D4N, I'm beginning to think that the festival in it's current form will last only as long as the site isn't developed.

I think most of the people left in the Main and Wheeler area don't want to go to a New Hope type facility because of the rules imposed.

I wonder what's the ratio of hotel guest that even use the hotel pool. For me personally I only get in the pool if it's that kind of vacation or the pool is baller.

Have you been Portland? With all the residential downtown and east downtown these breweries should be fine long as they make good beer.

The advantage is if it's faster than on street transportation.
