    I saw a dump truck, skid steer and a roller. I stopped to ask the guy what is going on, he said they are going to repair the parking lot for the new tenant who now rents this.

    The dump trucks are coming and going in droves. I noticed what looked like a core drilling truck to the right in the 3rd pic.

    The construction supervisor said Comerica Bank has to be out of their current location that Tilman Fertitta bought by June 30th.
