    Hard to see but the liquor license says "3503 Restaurant Group". Flight Club. They started digging a hole across the street on the north lot.

    This has had green construction netting around it for a long time, it's down now and I saw 6 surveyor's stake around the 2 lots. They also added a black soil retention netting on the ground.

    First time seeing this TECQ permit here, it's even dated to start 10/1/21. They also have brought some more heavy equipment on site. Tearing up the concrete driveway.

    There was a dramatic drop off that made all the rainwater from the parking lot next-door drain towards the building.
