    That picture is at least 4 yrs old, notice the red tower crane that was used to build the parking garage addition to Memorial Hermann. That building is my favorite one in TMC, I like that they change the colors on it frequently.

    The industrial coatings building was finally torn down, they missed out on a great opportunity to sell to Domain Heights while they had a chance. This site is huge.

    There are still a bunch of the "No Dian Street Villas" throughout the neighborhood. I talked with person that lives in the neighborhood and he said it was due to the small narrow streets and probably because it's low income housing. He works for the largest funeral home service in the U.S. and mentioned that the company has future plans for the old KHOU property. High rise with mixed use, offices and housing. They will stay in the current building while it gets built but he had no timeline for the future build.

    They have made a lot of progress since my last visit on July 1st.

    I went by this but nothing has changed, it's just an empty field with a swamp in the northeast corner.
