    These 2 are 2 different sites, 1002, 1110 Banks are south of 59/69. Maybe the Memorial Trails on W. Alabama was never going to happen, @Urbannizer said Surge was going to be the developer on W Alabama but backed out. The 2 properties on Banks have 2 different owners while the lot on W. Alabama is owned by Liberty In Montrose LP.

    I had a Bike Tag I could have chased but its past the Galleria area on Westheimer and I didn't get an early enough start. Plus the traffic around there with all the roads closed I decided to let someone else chase it. They found it but they live on the west side of the west loop in Bellaire.

    The 2 warehouses across the street are both gone. A lot more of the dirt is gone at the apartment project.

    The construction trailers are gone from the parking lot across the street. Sometimes they get moved to the parking garage and I think they are now on the 4th floor, notice the plywood.

    They have started placing the underground water retention precast in the ground.

    I know of 5 right off the top of my head, The Oliver next to the silos, the Rice grad student off campus housing on Dryden, the Guefen high rise student housing next to UH( I'm about to post those), the Blackwell apartments on Knight Rd, the new Home Depot in Lower Heights. It seems to be used when they don't have the room for a pond and inside the loop that extra land is expensive.
