  1. Currently Brown Bag Deli and a T Mobile. I believe it was a Firestone Tires before, I shipped some tires there from Tire Rack for them to install.
  2. NRP Group has a name for this and a website. Lumen https://www.lumenhtx.com
  3. Portman Residential is building here. https://portmanresidential.com Article from Realty News Report. https://realtynewsreport.com/portman-plans-major-project-exclusive/
  4. 817 Richmond is now gone. Loading out the debris.
  5. Beall Village is still there. If you look at the Powers Brown rendering you can see it to the left and that is why I think it was designed to be built here. To the left of Beall Village you can see Brays Bayou.
  6. I've started seeing a lot of workers here after there being no work done since the garage demo.
  7. Formerly Cowboys and Indians is now called Parley Bar and Grill. This will the third restaurant to open at this location. First it was Juanmon's Tortas which I tried once. They used a soft bread for the tortas but I like a French style baguette for my tortas. Then it became Cowboys Indian which I never tried. The new menu looks more upscale type food. Not quite open yet but has a website. https://parlaybarandgrillhouston.com Juanmon Tortas. Cowboys Indians. Parley Bar and Grill.
  8. I tried walking my bicycle through there once but found it littered with human excrement and had to tread carefully. It also has steps on each end of the little tunnel.
  9. I see 2 or 3 cars and pick ups every weekday. Makes think they might be with the GC doing the planning.
  10. New plat for new apartments from Modera. Montalbano Lumber is currently located here.
  11. While surfing at the Powers Brown Architects web site I saw this, has anyone heard or seen this student housing project? It's at the bottom of their renders so I suspect it may be old. https://powersbrown.com/projects/commercial-3/multi-family
  12. Whole bunch of contractors on site now. Saw several pick ups with Keller on them, looks like they do foundations. https://www.keller.com
