    I talked with a Gilbane worker a few day ago, asked him when the crawler crane was coming for the precast garage, he said it wouldn't be till May. The other AT crane is gone.

    The fact that they are loading up on the gravel tells me they are going to be using Vibro Stone Columns method of piers. Company I once worked for was building above ground tanks and the tank farm paid another contractor to use this method for piers before we came in to build the tanks.
