They used Trees Llc. which I see around all the Houston area. I think Centerpoint also uses them on a lot of their projects. I talked with the city engineer yesterday and he said they got an arborist to identify which limbs should be cut. -

This building is in bad shape with graffiti all over the front. I was thinking it could be a good place for UsLiving to house their construction offices since it's across the street from 3615 Montrose project. Looks like they are gutting the interior but don't see any demo permits for it yet. No longer listed at Loopnet.
