My buddies and I used to put on outlaw mountain bike races at this location. It was an old sandpit with lots of hills, motocross riders, 3 wheelers, mud trucks and mountain bikers all used these trails for riding. They used the hills to build the southeast overpasses of BW8. Now it has several little subdivisions, businesses and now an apartment project. Architect - https://elementarchitects.com

Prose Deerbrook: Multifamily At FM 1960 & Kenswick Dr.
hindesky replied to hindesky's topic in Points Northeast
Prose is a division of Alliance Residential, these are their work force apartments vs. the luxury brand Broadstone or their senior living division Holden. I would contact Alliance and see what they say. Their website doesn't have a link for contractors like some developers do though. https://allresco.com- 3 replies

So I asked the worker in the pic what this was going to be, he said something BB cajun food, If you look up Boz Partners it is Brooks Bassler owner and creator of BB's Cajun Kitchen. His first store was on Montrose between the Valero gas station and Pepperoni's Pizza. He now has about 15 locations. His original restaurant is tiny and I guess he outgrew it and will be moving to the old Osaka Sushi location. Worker counted about 20 tables and a bar by the front, kitchen in the middle back and restrooms to the left of the worker.

There is a house converted to an office on the eastern edge of the property near the east entrance gate, it's probably that.

Are there any plans to install a traffic light at 11th St. and Nicholson St.? I was headed southbound on Nicholson trying to cross 11th, it took me about 10 minutes to be able to cross with all the non stop traffic.
