  1. Parking and volleyball courts. The restaurant building across Little White Oak Bayou is very slowly coming along.
  2. When I was at the site the superintendent told me the riggers refused to go in the pit where the base of the tower crane is due to a couple inches of water. He had to buy a pump to get the water out. He said they hope to finish today. Another worker told me they had to pay the first AT crane $45,000 to erect the tower crane and another $45,000 to take it back down. Add another $45,000 for today's work to erect it it once again.   3. I don't think I've ever seen a job site that didn't have broken windows due to the construction crew's mishaps. But on apartment projects it seems to be much more prevalent.
  4. @Heights Neighbor Gave me a heads up about the AT crane showing up on the site, I suspect they will erect the tower crane on Saturday considering the weather were are going to get tonight.

  11. Guy was taking pics of the car he is going to sell, I think he said it was an '87 or '89 model, asking price is $60,000. It was in great shape. I offered to take a few and email them to him. He said he has a shop on Leeland St.
  12. This poor concrete truck got stuck cutting the corner too short. Luckily he had already dropped off the concrete.
