Arcosa worker I talked with said the basement area is 15' deep. He said he thinks it's going to be a parking lot and they were originally going to demo the other building but plans changed and now Ballis Development is going to renovate it instead.

Guy I know working at this project just told me......"The mat pour for the bldg. It is scheduled to start @ 1am Sat. and will go through until 6am Monday. It is going to be 9000 cyds. 6 pumps will be out here."

There is a pedestrian bridge over IH 10 underneath Elysian St. bridge. The city has plans to build a road that will connect San Jacinto St. to Fulton St. but that's probably not going to happen anytime soon.

"Four formerly suspended BCycle stations are back in use in Houston's Midtown area following a partnership between Houston Bike Share—the nonprofit that operates Houston BCycle—and the Midtown Management District. The stations are located at the following locations: Milam Street at Webster Street Ensemble/Houston Community College rail stop Austin Street at Gray Street La Branch Street at Alabama Street BCycle officials first announced the stations were back in operation at the end of March.
