    Outside of the Noto nightclub has been painted. None of the other buildings have any construction going on so far.

    Looks like some new drainage piping will be going in too. I hope they redo Bastrop St. too, between J-BarM BBQ and the Alliance lay down yard. 18 wheelers used to park here and they really tore it up.

    The 3 shot gun houses are now vacant. I think this is moving forward. I hope they are able to save that cedar tree.

    Took this pic from the Allen Harrison Companies Kipling St project. Kind of surprised they were erecting the tower crane during the week but I went over there the AT crane wasn't blocking the street. They were using LWL riggers which is a division of Brown and Root. B&R bought them out a while back so they could work in the plants/refineries. LWL had a long term contract at the Exxon Baytown refinery.

    This is the warehouse that the guy wouldn't sell. I think this lot and building was part of Alsco. I could see them using it for their construction offices. I spy a tower crane going up. Guess where I'm headed next.
