    There is a hole in the fence, so these are shots from the middle of the property. First faces south towards residential. The other north towards industrial. The row houses being built across the street. Facing west.

    I'm just coming over from the Cheek Neal Coffee Building. I'm not good at reading the realignment proposal maps, and am curious: would the coffee building (on the northeastern side of the lot) be torn down during the realignment?

    Wasn't there some looming shadowy tower north of the DNA portion in some of the renderings? And, if so, is that this? Edit: Oh, yes the glasses case shaped building in the rendering on this very page!

    I'm not sure how official Devmap is, but it suggests Van Loc is a block away from the big Pearl. I think it can only be at Brazos/Anita/Rosalie/Smith.

    Fantastic @phillip_white. I don't mean to be greedy, but may I request one over where the Australian is building several blocks north-northeast?

    As I've said before I love that Church's design. I'd love to see the view of the bell tower from the uppermost apartment.

    I'm not going to say it's better or worse. My opinion is that the first drafts were a bit inelegant. This in a sense owns its inelegance, but's easier not to notice. All in all, from a certain distance it'll look nice and help even out views of downtown. From the top floors it'll have some great views.

    The structure seems nice for the area, right by the Taqueria el Rey. (I'm not sure if there is a thread for this.)

    Oh, I keep conflating the futuristic "Baylor St. Luke's Campus Expansion" in going up and this structure. What are they and how are they different?

    Should have just moved the fence closer. That dead center shot is a killer.
